Over the past several years, New Vitae has further developed our Action Recovery Brain Injury Services. Included in the development plans were Structured Day supports that are individualized to the level of recovery needs for residents. Comfort Agbortoko, BS, has been jointly responsible for directing this CARF-accredited service; she shares each individual’s successes with the entire Action Recovery team. New Vitae Wellness and Recovery’s early years focused on integrating Veteran care – combining residential supports with clinical services to assist men and women with acclimating after service in the armed forces. We are proud to continue to offer a variety of services for Veterans by Veterans, offering peer support and encouragement throughout the recovery process.

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery offers a variety of residential and clinical supports for individuals age 18 and older. We are pleased to offer services for individuals who experience brain injury, behavioral health, addiction, and other long-term diagnoses. Utilizing the lens of the recovery model, our teams work together to provide advocacy, education, and a safe space for the individuals who utilize our services.
