New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is excited to announce that our New Vitae Outpatient Clinic has been awarded a five-year federal contract with the U.S. Probation Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. This significant partnership, set to begin on October 1, 2024, will enable us to provide comprehensive outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment to individuals involved in the federal probation system.
Comprehensive Care for Those in Need
Through this contract, the New Vitae Outpatient Clinic will offer an array of services to individuals under federal supervision who require support for mental health and substance use disorders. Services include:
- Individual and Group Therapy: Tailored therapy sessions to address specific needs and foster long-term recovery.
- Medication Management: Safe and effective administration of medications to support individuals’ mental health and recovery.
- Collaboration with Probation Officers: Regular team meetings with probation officers to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Case Management: Comprehensive support to address the various needs of individuals in the program.
- Transportation Assistance: Help with transportation to ensure access to services.
All services will be provided at our Bucks County outpatient clinic, though referrals will be accepted from counties across the region.
