New Vitae Wellness and Recovery’s Scarecrow Contest

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery’s residents and staff enjoyed building their own scarecrows to celebrate the change in seasons!  Residents from each zone within our residential services used their creativity and art skills to build their own scarecrows.  Their finished projects were entered into a contest to identify the most creative, funniest, and best overall scarecrows.  Our winners and additional entries are featured below!

Most Creative Winner: Wizard of Oz from Quakertown House, Zone 2

 

Funniest Winner: Patricia the PPE Enforcer from Quakertown House, Zone 1

Best Overall Winner: Sandy the Scarecrow from Mount Trexler Manor, Zone 100/300

Winners were treated to Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards or a special lunch from Chick-fil-A!  The contest was not only entertaining, but kept residents engaged throughout the challenges of COVID-19.  Please enjoy additional entry photos below.  We hope you’re enjoying the last few weeks of fall!
