Congratulations to Crystal Fry, Benefits and Recovery Specialist!  Crystal started her work at New Vitae back in January of 2009.  She plays a vital role in assisting members with creating new recovery plan goals, maintaining personal insurance and other benefits, and with various intake coordination responsibilities.  Thanks for all you do, Crystal!

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery: Mount Trexler Manor
Special thanks to both Priscilla Rosario and Collin Coleman as Mount Trexler Manor’s employees of the month for January and February!  Both Priscilla and Collin work with the residents of Mount Trexler to assist with developing independent living skills.  Priscilla has been a mentor for 9 years and Collin has worked as a personal care aid for 3 years.  Their dedication to service to others inspires us daily!

Mount Trexler Manor also identifies winners of the Fish Award.  The Fish Award is given to those team members who exemplify outstanding service to others.  This quarter’s Fish winners are Nadia Belkhir (9 years of service) and Juan Flores (10 years of service).  Both Nadia, a mentor, and Juan, a personal care aid, model compassionate care when interacting with residents of Mount Trexler Manor.  Congratulations to Priscilla, Collin, Nadia, and Juan!

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery: Pathways

Pathways’ employee of the quarter is mentor Shelly Kramer.  Shelly has been a part of the New Vitae team since 1998.  She assists individuals with identifying personal goals for independence and providing supportive modeling and positive reinforcement in order to achieve those goals.  Shelly does a great job connecting with residents and her colleagues.  Thank you, Shelly!

New Vitae Wellness and Recovery: Quakertown House

This quarter’s winners are: Adele Lemak, Christine Hendricks, and Lauren Santana.

Adele Lemak is the Director of Social Services for Quakertown House.  Within her role, she assists residents with day-to-day concerns in addition to her administrative role supporting employees and staff.  Adele has worked for New Vitae since October of 1995.  Her dedication and kindness make her deserving of her nomination and award.

Christine Hendricks has worked for New Vitae Quakertown House for about one year.  She assists the team with routine housekeeping duties and ensures the safety and cleanliness of the house.  She does a fantastic job and is consistently friendly and helpful to residents and staff.

Lauren Santana is the Lead Mentor for New Vitae Quakertown House.  Lauren has been a part of the services through Quakertown House for four years.  She combines her skill with completing administrative duties while connecting and supporting the residents at Quakertown House.
