On March 21, 2016, Suzette Reilly, MA, LPC, led a discussion centered on Energy Medicine/Energy Psychology for the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital. Reilly, an individual therapist at New Vitae Wellness and Recovery, is a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology and has been lecturing and practicing Energy Psychology for the more than 10 years.
Reilly initiated the conversation with a historical view of Energy Psychology and reviewed basic concepts: that the body, mind, emotions, and soul are all connected; the specific modalities of Energy Psychology such as Veltheim’s BodyTalk; and specific protocols and tapping techniques. Reilly demonstrated the use of sound and vibrational healing to simulate the vibration of blockages in the body and restore them back to health.
Many of the professionals in attendance reported feeling invigorated and requested an encore presentation. The next American Holistic Nurses Association meeting will be held in the Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital on May 16, 2016. It is open to all who are interested.
