Michelle Beck Honored as a 2025 Woman of Influence Honoree
New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is proud to celebrate Michelle Beck, Vice President of Business Operations, as a 2025 Woman of Influence Honoree, recognized by Lehigh Valley Business. The annual event, held on May 14th at the SteelStacks in Bethlehem, honors exceptional women leaders whose dedication and impact are transforming their industries and the broader Lehigh Valley community.
Michelle’s selection as an honoree is a powerful acknowledgment of her strategic leadership, commitment to service, and ongoing contributions to the behavioral health field.
Since joining New Vitae in 2016, Michelle has played a pivotal role in expanding our programs and infrastructure to better serve individuals facing complex mental health, substance use, and brain injury challenges. Her work has helped evolve the organization from a growing community provider to a model of operational excellence, with scalable systems that support compassionate, effective care.
From the launch of our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTF-A) to the expansion of our brain injury services, Michelle’s strategic guidance has been instrumental in shaping the future of New Vitae. She has overseen the integration of clinical and operational systems, established vital digital infrastructure, and introduced innovative tools that improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and enhance the quality of care we provide.
Yet, Michelle’s influence goes far beyond technology and operations. She is a mentor, a motivator, and a fierce advocate for vulnerable individuals—whether they are residents in our care, foster youth seeking stability, or rescue animals needing a second chance. Her life and leadership reflect the very heart of New Vitae’s mission: restoring dignity, promoting healing, and creating lasting impact.
Reflecting on her early days with the company, Michelle shared, “I was blown away that the CEO knew every resident by name and genuinely stopped to chat with them. That moment stayed with me—it showed me what kind of place New Vitae really is.”
“Coming from a large, bureaucratic organization,” she added, “it was a big shift to work in an environment where flexibility and innovation are truly part of the culture. It’s been one of the most refreshing parts of being here.”
We are thrilled to see Michelle recognized among so many incredible women across the Lehigh Valley. Her leadership reminds us that influence isn’t just about titles—it’s about lifting others, building stronger communities, and leading with purpose.
Congratulations, Michelle, on this well-deserved honor!
