New Vitae Wellness and Recovery Hosts Spring Fling EventApril 10, 2019
New Vitae Mount Trexler Manor was happy to host the organization’s Spring Fling on April 6th, 2019. Residents, staff, and their families had the opportunity to celebrate the warmer weather through a variety of events and games designed to emphasize community and say goodbye to winter!
Guests were greeted with the live music of Chuck Rissmiller, who played a variety of songs that underscored the fun of the day. A special visit from the Easter Bunny meant that everyone - from children to adults, and even pets - had the opportunity to have photos taken and request their favorite treats for the holiday. Staff also arranged an egg hunt for both young and adult visitors, testing the skills of our guests who competed for various prizes. Guessing games and door prizes were included in the day’s fun, offering participants an opportunity to win a gift card or other prizes from local businesses.
Following the day’s events, guests enjoyed appetizers and a dinner of ham, turkey, spring pasta, and sides. Those in attendance agreed that it was a fantastic day filled with surprises, celebration, and fun.
Thank you to all who visited and made the day a success!
