Multiple funding streams are available to assist with payment for Veteran care. New Vitae Wellness and Recovery is pleased to work with the Veterans Administration in order to provide clinical care for vets. New Vitae works with Veterans and their families in order to create a plan for funding that can include social security payments, private payers, self-pay and various insurers.
New Vitae has recently acquired grant money to assist with the funding of Veteran care and residential behavioral health options. Since 2015, New Vitae is a proud recipient of a grant that will assist with facilitating care for Veterans with PTSD, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD can have a significant impact on the day-to-day life of Veterans and their families, disrupting his or her activities, relationships, and work experiences. New Vitae is honored to “give back” to Veterans seeking care through the generosity of grant funding.
Staff members assist Veterans to obtain and maintain benefits. Routine renewals and new applications are completed and submitted in order to ensure uninterrupted care. We are able to work with each Veteran to consider additional resources in order to alleviate the costs associated with mental health treatment or a combination of housing and clinic costs.
Because each Veteran has different needs and funding options, we encourage you to contact our admissions department to review service choices and funding concerns. Please call and let us know how we can assist!
“As parents, we are thankful and appreciative that our son is in Mt. Trexler Manor; it is safe, meets his needs, and is responsive and sensitive to any needs he might have. We are always involved in any decisions, and the staff responds to any requests in a timely manner.”- Robert and Lucille H. (parents)
