Information on Coronavirus (COVID-19):
At New Vitae Wellness and Recovery, the health and safety of our residents, clients, and team members remain our top priority. During this time, we are using our prevention and response plan to address concerns around the novel coronavirus. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of local, state and national agencies and experts in the regions where we provide services. New Vitae Wellness and Recovery has the following measures in place, these measures will continue until we receive new recommendations from public health authorities.
We are currently limiting all non-essential visitors, contractors, vendors and delivery persons into our buildings. We encourage families to contact their loved ones via telephone, video calls, and similar services. If you need assistance connecting with your loved one virtually, please reach out to their care coordinator for assistance.
Home and Family Visits:
We are strongly encouraging our residents to remain at their residence to reduce exposures. We are asking for all of our family’s cooperation in not scheduling home/family visits during this time. New Vitae Wellness and Recovery will not be providing transportation to support visits during this time.
There are no scheduled outings for residents while we shelter-in-place. However, we are offering accommodations for an increased level of in-house activities and opportunities for virtual shopping.
New Vitae Wellness and Recovery continues to accept appropriately screened new admissions.
